Refund policy
All packages at Wine Country Corals are handled with the utmost of care and attention to detail. If your package arrives on time but is DOA, we will happily provide store credit or replacement item(s) with next shipment if item(s) are in stock. To request store credit or replacement item(s), please send clear photos of unopened item(s) in original packaging to luke@winecountrycorals.com within 2 hours of package arrival. Unfortunately, we do not provide store credit or replacement item(s) for DOA due to shipping delays. For coral DOA due to shipping delays, we recommend you reach out to the shipping carrier to start a claim. To ensure survival of livestock, begin temperature acclamation promptly after arrival of package.
